Cheer Fusion, Inc. was created by two professional women who absolutely love the sport of competitive cheerleading.  These women, Michelle Reisdorf and Denise Birch not only love the sport but they live and breath it daily as parents of Allstar Cheerleaders.  More and more these women realized that their love of the sport was equally as strong in their community and those surrounding.  Unfortunately, they also came to realize that their community didn't have many choices for children who want to cheer at an Allstar level and no choices for a full service Allstar Cheerleading Academy.  That frustration sparked Fusion!  As wives, mothers, coaches and friends to many, Denise and Michelle have applied their life experiences to make an Allstar Academy all can be proud to belong.

Meet our Coaching Staff

Coach Danny	Team Coach & Tumble Coach
	Danny brings to Cheer Fusion years of experience as a Cheerleader and Coach.  He began cheering at First Colonial High School and continued through to Allstar cheering at ACE All Stars.  Danny won numerous National, State and Regional Championships on the Co-ed and Small Co-ed teams.  In 2004, Danny cheered for Trinity Valley Community College and will attend TVCC next fall.  Danny's cheerleading career awarded him the 2005 NCA College Nationals Championship in Daytona Florida!   Danny coaches a Fusion team and is also one of Cheer Fusion's Elite Tumble Coaches.  He prides himself on spotting anyone on any trick!   Danny is an amazing tumbler whose skills include, standing tuck, standing full, double full and more!
Coach Nathan	Team Coach
Image coming soon	Nathan has been an Allstar Cheerleading since he was very young.  His Allstar background includes Co-ed and Level 5 instruction and cheer.  Nathan joined our coaching staff in June, 2007 and offers not only experience but a consistent and positive approach to building strong athletes.
Coach Megan	Team Coach
	Meagan is both an unbelievable cheerleader and coach.  Her attention to detail and technique ensures the proper growth and progression of her team.  Megan's ability to connect with her team cheerleaders makes her a wonderful addition to our coaching staff.
Coach Sarah	Team (Flyer Specialty Trainer)
	Sarah's experience in the Allstar world really shines through when coaching.  Though her specialty is building strong flyers, Sarah has advanced skills in all areas of cheer.    We love Sarah and her positive approach to motivation!
Coach Sherrie	Team Coach
	Coach Sherrie has been involved with the sport of cheerleading for over 30 years! Is a former Cheerleader and team member of a winning championship squad.  Her experience includes Choreographer, Pom Pon, Gymnastics, Dancer, Tumble Coach and Fitness Instructor.  Sherrie also performed half time routines for the Chicago Bulls and Chicago Bears Events.    Coaching since 1992, Sherrie has set records for winning teams, Division Champions and Grand Champions at the National level.  Currently Sherrie is continuing her education via USASF coaching certification for all levels.   In Sherrie's first year coaching at Cheer Fusion's academy she produced 22 1st Place trophies and a National Championship title.  We love Sherrie and we're sure you will too!

	Patti has a special connection with the youth age group.  She loves to coach, loves this sport and brings several years of coaching experience with her.  Patti is a Mom of two Fusion Cheerleaders and a positive "always happy" inspiration to everyone she encounters.  We love Patti and we're sure you will too!
Coach Lauren	Asst Team Coach
	Lauren is an exceptional cheerleader on Cheer Fusion's Senior Elite team.  She has been dancing and cheering since she was just 3 years old.  Her experience and commitment to this sport are evident in her coaching technique.  She prides herself on having a clear and precise coaching method needed to connect with the younger cheerleaders.
Coach Mallory	Asst Team Coach
	Mallory has the heart and sole of a true Allstar Cheerleader.  She is cheerleader on Cheer Fusion's Senior Elite team and a fabulous addition to our coaching staff.   Mallory loves the young cheerleader's and prides herself on breaking down the technique in a way her team can really understands.
Coach Gina	Asst Team Coach
	Coach Lauren is a Fusion Senior Elite team cheerleader and has 10 years of cheer experience.  She is an exceptionally skilled cheerleader and prides herself on knowing this sport inside and out.  Her work ethic, physical abilities and true love of this sport really shines through while coaching.
Coach Kyle	Asst Team Coach
	Coach Kyle is a Fusion Senior Elite cheerleader and has the perfect personality to coach the younger cheerleaders at our academy.  Kyle is dynamic and full of energy 24/7!  His experience in the world of Cheerleader makes him a perfect addition to our coaching staff.
Coach Melissa	Tiny Tot Team Coach
	It takes a special kind of person to coach the 3 to 5 year old age group and Melissa is definitely the one!  She gives patience, and true kindness to all of her tiny students while teaching and encouraging individual skills. Coach Melissa is a Mom of two Fusion Cheerleaders and a friend to many Fusion families.
Coach Kelsey	Tiny Tot Team Coach
	Kelsey cheer's on Fusion's Senior Elite team and is the ideal Tiny Tot coach!  Kelsey pours her heart and soul into everything she does and truly loves the sport of Allstar Cheer.  She has the special qualities needed to coach this fun and bouncy age group and enjoys sharing her years of Allstar cheer experience with her team.
Coach Cheryl	Tumble Coach
	Cheryl has over 15 years of Tumble Coach experience.  She is a certified gymnastics judge and prides herself on "cleaning-up" bad tumble habits .  Cheryl teaches all levels of tumble at Fusion's Academy and has been instrumental in building Fusion's tumble program with the development of standardized class structures, student evaluations, floor schedule rotations and more!
Coach Edmar	Tumble & Dance Coach
	Edmar is an exceptional gymnast and tumble coach.  He cheers on Fusion's Open Team and teaches all levels of tumble at our academy.  Edmar is firm on form and breaking bad tumble habits and has been instrumental in building Fusion's tumble program processes and procedures.
Coach Kellie	Tumble Coach
	Coach Kellie is a gymnast and cheerleader at her local High School.  She prides herself on running on efficient class and working her students hard.  She believes in building strong athletes with precise form and execution of all skills.  Kellie is the "clean-up" coach at Fusion who quickly breaks any bad habits!
Coach Aimee	Tumble Coach
	Coach Aimee is a gymnast and cheerleader at her local High School.  Together with her twin sister, Kellie, Aimee is an ideal tumble coach.  Her years of experience as a gymnast really shines through in her tumble classes with a well structured and disciplined coaching approach.
Coach Nathan	Tumble Coach
	Coach Nathan is a gymnast and outstanding tumble coach.  He prides himself on strong spotting techniques and ensuring proper form.
