Full Season teams have a 10 month season that begins
in May and ends the following year in March or April (depending on the
final competition date). All Full Season team members attend 8 to 10
competitions and may travel to out-of-state National Championship
competitions.
Full season teams require a major
commitment from the cheerleader and their families. The "love the
sport" cheerleader who is 100% committed is the ideal candidate for these teams.
Evaluation Dates: To join a Full Season Team, cheerleaders must attend one
of our scheduled evaluation dates. Evaluation dates for Full
Season teams are posted on our
Join a Team page in March, with evaluations
taking place in late April or early May and practice starting in
May. During the evaluations, we will hold a Parent
Information meeting that details our program, pricing, next steps and
more.
Practice Schedule: All Full Season teams practice
at a minimum 2
days a week (some older teams may practice 3 days a week). Practice begins the first week of
May and will
continue through March or April of the following year (depending on the
last competition date). Practice dates for each team are
communicated after the last evaluation date and we are able to determine
the number of teams we will have for the season. We cannot
firmly determine when a particular team will practice until the new
teams are formed.
Competitions: The Full Season teams will compete at a
8 to 10 competitions during their season that will include local and
travel locations.
Their first competition is likely September and last in late March or
early April of the following year. A detailed competition schedule is provided to all
team members as soon as possible. To get an idea of the
competitions we have attended in the past (though these may change from
season to season), visit our Awards page.
We cannot firmly provide a competition schedule until several
weeks into the season as we wait on the competition hosts to post their
schedules.
Summer Choreography Camp: All Full Season
teams attend a multi-day in-house choreography camp in July. Firm
camp dates are communicated to all team members as soon as they are
available. We cannot firmly determine the exact dates and
times for each teams choreography until new teams are formed and we are
several weeks into the season.
